WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a knack for customer service and able to listen, engage, and communicate well with the respective stakeholders.

This person will be able to drive revenue growth and cluster expansion by developing and supporting financial advisers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Business Development & Cluster Growth

• Oversee and drive the performance of the adviser cluster to maximise revenue growth.
• Monitor and ensure the cluster delivers sustainable, high-quality business outcomes.

2. Recruitment & Adviser Management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new financial advisers to strengthen the cluster's distribution capabilities.
• Coach and guide advisers to maintain performance standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement initiatives to enhance adviser productivity and operational efficiency within the cluster.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the adviser cluster.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 2 years in business development and/or operations within the general insurance industry, preferably with exposure to the financial adviser market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): BCP, PGI, CGI, SCI
