Job Description

Working Hour

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Key Roles

  • Oversee daily student discipline matters, including referrals, interventions, mentoring, and restorative practices to support behavioural improvement.

  • Operate the school's designated intervention space to help students de-escalate, regulate emotions, and reintegrate into class, while facilitating individual or group sessions to build social-emotional and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Respond promptly to classroom crises by safely removing and escorting students to the intervention space when behaviours escalate.

  • Assist the Case Management Team in conducting objective investigations, gathering statements, and documenting evidence for discipline and bullying-related incidents.

  • Maintain accurate and timely discipline records, case notes, and reports in school systems, and support documentation standards for student management.

  • Collaborate closely with the Case Management Team, counsellors, and SEN officers by providing observations and feedback to inform case reviews and intervention planning.

  • Provide additional supervisory and logistical support for school events and student management activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word) with good IT literacy.
