The firm works closely with private equity funds and corporates, supporting them across the full investment lifecycle from transaction advisory to post-acquisition value creation and operational transformation.
With continued growth in Southeast Asia, the team is expanding its leadership bench to support increasing demand across performance improvement and transformation mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of performance improvement and value creation engagements across private equity and corporate clients
- Drive operational due diligence (ODD), post-merger integration, and transformation initiatives
- Identify and execute value creation levers across revenue growth, cost optimisation, and working capital improvement
- Lead rapid diagnostics to assess operational and financial performance, and translate insights into actionable transformation plans
- Work closely with portfolio companies to implement initiatives tied to EBITDA improvement and long-term value creation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and investment teams
- Contribute to business development efforts, including originating opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading pitches
- Lead and mentor project teams across multiple workstreams and geographies
Experience
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, performance improvement, transaction advisory, or value creation roles
- Strong track record of delivering operational transformation and performance improvement mandates
- Experience working with private equity funds and/or portfolio companies is highly preferred
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to assess business performance and identify value creation opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-on execution mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
