As Director, Strategic Accounts, you will own the relationships with some of our most significant enterprise accounts across the APAC region. Your focus will be on deepening those partnerships, driving growth through property expansion, and making sure our largest customers are getting exceptional value from the platform.


This is not a passive account management role. You will be a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, a connector across internal teams, and a commercially sharp thinker who can see and act on growth opportunities

What you will be doin

  • g:Building and maintaining executive relationships with major hospitality groups, acting as the primary face of RMS for your account
  • s.Driving revenue growth through strategic expansion of properties on the platform and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing account
  • s.Reviewing and tailoring pricing for your accounts, and developing GTM strategies for properties not yet on the platfor
  • m.Leading account reviews, tracking performance metrics, and using data to stay ahead of risk and opportuni
  • tyProactively identifying problems before they escalate, owning resolution end to end, and acting as the customer's advocate internall
  • y.Meeting with potential integration partners connected to your accounts, feeding development requirements back to produc
  • t.Partnering closely with product, implementations, support, and customer success to ensure your customers get a seamless experienc
  • e.Developing and executing clear account roadmaps in collaboration with internal stakeholder

s.What you will brin

g:You have spent a meaningful chunk of your career building relationships with enterprise clients, and you know the difference between an account that is managed and one that is genuinely grown. You are comfortable in a room with a CFO or COO, you can read where an account is heading before the warning signs appear, and you have a track record of turning strong client relationships into commercial outcome
