Director, Total Rewards
Frazer Jones is partnering with a large organisation that has a growing footprint, on a confidential basis to appoint a Director, Total Rewards. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore (Central).
This is a high-impact COE leadership role within an established and structured HR team and organization, responsible for driving total rewards strategy across a complex workforce. The organization places a strong focus in attracting and retaining top talents from their respective niche fields, hence, the rewards function plays a critical role in enabling this strategy, particularly as the business embarks on several upcoming compensation and benefits enhancement projects. This is an opportune time for the successful candidate to join and take charge of critical rewards projects, while leading a team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
This role will lead the Total Rewards agenda, operating within a complex and matrix environment. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end compensation programmes including salary benchmarking, incentive design, and annual reward cycles.
This role requires strong stakeholder management and prior regional experience is an advantage, but not a must-have. More importantly, rigor in stakeholder engagement and providing strategic rewards advisory are what's expected. You will partner closely with internal HR and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business priorities, while navigating organisational complexity. You will also potentially oversee and coach a sizeable team of direct reports, ensuring strong execution of rewards processes and building capability within the team.
Ideal Profile
As a guideline, the client is seeking a Total Rewards expert with at least 15 to 20 years of experience, ideally within large organisations. A blended background combining rewards consulting and in-house corporate experience is highly advantageous.
What's On Offer
This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior C&B leadership role. The role offers strong exposure and visibility, with the potential for stable, long-term growth. Compensation will be aligned to an indicative base salary of approximately SGD 220k/annum.
Additional Information
This is a confidential search, and further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We thank all applicants for their interest. Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted regarding the next steps.
