This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth, market positioning, recruitment, admissions, operations, stakeholder engagement, and business development of the Global Executive MBA programme. The role offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact executive education platform, work closely with senior business leaders and faculty, and contribute to the School's graduate and lifelong learning ambitions.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA programme in alignment with School and University priorities.
- Provide direction for marketing, recruitment, admissions, brand positioning, market messaging, and recruitment pipeline performance.
- Oversee programme operations to ensure smooth delivery of classes, global modules, study trips, company visits, events, student services, and faculty support.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate clients, industry associations, HR and learning leaders, international partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage programme budgets, revenue, costs, marketing spend, enrolment performance, student satisfaction, and operational quality.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams supporting marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, business development, and programme administration.
- Prepare reports and recommendations on recruitment, financial performance, student experience, operational risks, partnerships, pricing, and programme improvement.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree / Masters with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, executive programme management, recruitment, admissions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Significant relevant experience in executive education, EMBA, MBA, business school programmes, corporate training, executive learning, professional education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in at least several of the following areas: marketing, recruitment, admissions, programme operations, business development, corporate client management, student experience, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with senior executives, faculty members, alumni, corporate clients, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, project management, problem-solving, and operational skills.
- Strong financial and performance management capability, including budget monitoring, revenue tracking, reporting, and resource planning.
