About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative Technology company to find an exceptional Talent Acquisition Director based in Singapore. This is a strategic leadership role with regional responsibility across the Asia-Pacific region.

- Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer / Regional Head of HR
The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be the architect of the Client's talent strategy across APAC, building world-class teams that drive our technology innovation forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives across APAC
- Partner with C-suite and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the region
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruitment professionals across multiple markets
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Implement best practices and standardize processes across the region
Operational Excellence
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for critical and volume hiring across all functions
- Leverage data analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and technology platforms
Regional Expertise
- Navigate diverse APAC markets with deep understanding of local talent landscapes
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations across all markets
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with minimum 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in the Technology sector or fast-paced, innovative environments
- Extensive experience hiring across APAC markets (Singapore, India, Australia, China, Japan, Southeast Asia)
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term vision with execution
- Experience managing multi-country teams and building recruitment functions from the ground up
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with C-suite level exposure
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities
Desired Attributes:
- Deep knowledge of technology roles (Engineering, Product, Data Science, etc.)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment technologies
- Track record in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Multilingual capabilities (English + additional APAC languages)
- Cultural intelligence and ability to work across diverse environments
- Change management experience and innovative mindset
