We are working with our client to place a banker their Loan Syndications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution of tailored bilateral, club and syndicated lending facilities for their Asian and International customers. The banker will work in close collaboration with Institutional Relationship Coverage and product partners to provide structured financing solutions.

Experiences

• Extensive investor network with proven ability of converting market intelligence into transactions
• Origination experience with existing relationships with borrowers.
• Well-developed and proven track record in loan syndications, debt capital markets and relationship management
• Ability to generate secondary sale opportunities
