Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Regional Sales Director. The Regional Sales Director will oversee sales operations within their designated region, develop and execute business strategies, and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, nurturing client relationships, implementing effective sales plans, and contributing to business development. Providing exceptional customer service and analyzing market trends are also essential tasks within this role.

- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to achieve targets and maintain consistent business growth
- Proven ability in Team Management and mentoring to foster a productive and cohesive team environment
- Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Business Development to identify opportunities, expand market reach, and secure new partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage
