Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director based in Singapore. The individual in this role will provide strategic leadership, oversee project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the alignment of operations with organizational goals. The Director will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, integrate technological solutions, develop partnerships, and drive sustainable practices. They will also manage resources, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering collaboration within the company and with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management expertise
• Experience in engineering, construction management, and sustainable project delivery
• Knowledge of IoT solutions, innovation strategies, and resource planning tools such as iFARMS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and capability to manage complex projects
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the engineering, construction, or technology industries is highly advantageous
