They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director (Security Services) of Security Operations with a strong background in security management to lead our teams and oversee operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and capable of building high-performing teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise security managers and frontline staff.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Partner with clients to understand and meet their security requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on security performance metrics and compliance.
- Respond decisively to crisis situations and ensure site safety at all times.

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- At least 5-8 years of senior-level experience in security management and a security service company, preferably across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in crises

(Advantageous)
- Relevant certifications such as WSQ Diploma in Security Management, WSQ Advanced Diploma in Security Management, or Certified Security Industry Specialist (CSIS) will be an advantage
