Join Asia's leading insurance business in theirGroupPartnerships Distribution team to steer regional and local bancassurancepartnerships management. Your role will require effective influencing and stakeholder managementskills to work with internal key divisions to drive sales production, deepen customer segments penetration and implement appropriatesales infrastructure and tools. This role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilitiesinclude:

Prepare annual business plans with assigned local business units.
Drive performance targets delivery across distribution initiatives, product delivery, marketing and digital tools.
Monitor and review agreedbusiness KPIs, flag out potential risks and resolve performanceissues
Manage effective relationships with regional partnerships accounts and executives

Job requirements:

15 years of relevant insurance or financialservices industry experience
Experience in regional/group bancassurance management, and leading cross-functional projects
Well-organised, strong capabilities in project management
Strong understanding of life insurance financials
