We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program / Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of critical IT systems supporting Global Markets and Wealth Management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional IT transformation programs, including system migrations, platform rollouts, and operational process enhancements.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.
- Drive vendor evaluation and management, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI processes, and technical/functional assessments.
- Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide governance and regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of post-implementation support models for regional operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years experience in IT, program management, or change delivery within capital markets or financial services.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-border transformation projects involving multiple systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of trade lifecycles, settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks in APAC (MAS, SFC, HKMA) is desirable.
