Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the global People Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth
  • Own and optimise Workday architecture, including governance, releases, and system performance
  • Drive AI, automation, and digital workflow initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Implement self-service tools (chatbots, guided journeys, automated workflows) for employees and managers
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance
  • Deliver real-time dashboards and workforce insights to support business decision-making
  • Partner with HR, TA, IT, Finance, and Legal to streamline and scale global people processes
  • Lead process re-engineering across hire-to-retire lifecycle for consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, HIPAA)
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing People Systems / HRIS team
  • Establish scalable support models, SLAs, and change management practices
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new HR technologies

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or Workday leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Workday (configuration, reporting, integrations, security, governance)
  • Proven experience implementing automation, AI, and digital HR solutions at scale
  • Deep understanding of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working in global, fast-paced, and high-growth environments
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and workforce insights
  • Experience in process transformation and digitalisation across HR functions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
