Director of Sales

You are passionate and responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Being a good conversationalist, you enjoy engaging clients and guests, and develop strong relationship with them by caring for their business needs.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or equivelant.
• Commercially astute with proven sales management experience and ability of achieving sales goals for Corporate, Luxury, MICE and Event Sales segments.
• Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
• Ability to communicate and connect with all levels, while demonstrating an unsurpassed customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty
