We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the design, build, and delivery of a large-scale digital platform, while shaping and executing the organisation's internal digital roadmap.
This role combines platform delivery with strategic oversight, and will play a key role in scaling an enterprise digital platform that supports high-volume user interactions and transactions, alongside strengthening internal systems, processes, and capabilities. The successful candidate will operate across both technical and business domains, ensuring alignment between organisational priorities and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platform initiatives, including design, implementation, and continuous enhancements
- Translate business needs into scalable and secure digital solutions across both external platforms and internal systems
- Shape and drive the organisation's internal digital roadmap, including systems, processes, and capability development
- Oversee programme planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery tracking across multiple initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, including controls, reporting, and compliance practices
- Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across complex systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and resilience
- Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams, including senior management, to drive alignment and decision-making
- Oversee vendor and delivery partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and value-for-money outcomes
- Drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and internal systems
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in digital delivery, programme management, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in building and delivering complex digital platforms and driving organisation-wide digital initiatives
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional programmes, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ability to operate across both technical and business domains
