Director of Food & Beverage to join our team!
As a
Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:
- Lead and oversee Food & Beverage divisions for a Resort and an Attraction to achieve operational excellence
- Drive service standards and maintain a high level of staff engagement across all Food & Beverage outlets
- Improve and optimize profitability for each Food & Beverage outlet through strategic management
- Manage branding, revenue, and performance of Food & Beverage teams to align with business goals
- Administer Food & Beverage-related contracts, including outlets and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value
- Enforce and monitor the implementation of food safety programs throughout the division to meet regulatory standards
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by handling and resolving guest feedback effectively
- Apply budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and menu planning skills to maximize operational efficiency
- Lead change initiatives with creativity and attention to detail to enhance Food & Beverage operations
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has f ormal or professional certifications in Food & Beverage
- Experience working in a restaurant or hotel/resort environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills to manage Food & Beverage operations
- Deep knowledge of current food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to engage positively with people and foster a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to serving food of the highest quality
