Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Finance and Administration, based in Singapore with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Director will play a critical role in financial reporting and contribute to the organization's strategic financial decision-making processes. Administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency may also be required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and oversee budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and generating accurate Financial Reporting data.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous.
