Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As the Director of Finance and Administration, you will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and produce financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing administrative processes to support organizational efficiency and growth. You will work closely with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions and operational excellence.

- Strong knowledge and expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Management, and Budgeting
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making in financial and administrative processes
- Thorough understanding of Finance principles and practices with the ability to adapt to a technology-focused environment
- Proven ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and administrative operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA or CPA) is a plus
