Job Description

In this role, you will be leading the regional NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design teams to deliver end-to-end product industrialisation across multiple manufacturing locations. Own production readiness from design assessment and pilot builds through front-end capital equipment introduction, line commissioning, and volume ramp.

Key responsibilities

Lead NPI execution, pilot builds, deviation management, and production ramp-up.
Drive manufacturing process development and capital equipment selection, installation, qualification, and commissioning.
Oversee new production line start-ups and operational revamps.
Lead DFM/DFA, prototyping, and design assessment activities.
Establish SPC and ensure readiness of manufacturing documentation (MFLOW, WI, FMEA, PCP).
Drive supplier and equipment vendor quality readiness with SQE teams.
Act as senior technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

Role requirements

15+ years experience in EMS, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
Senior leadership experience in NPI and Manufacturing Engineering.
Hands-on exposure to front-end capital equipment lifecycle (spec, buy-off, FAT/SAT, qualification).
Strong knowledge of SPC, quality systems, and production ramp management.
Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and customer engagements.
