Identifying and originating investment opportunities
Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due-diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation.
Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due-diligence budget through execution.
Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards.
Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders.
Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions.
Evaluating and executing investment exits.
Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 12 years of relevant experience in a top tier fund manager or private equity firm or investment bank, specific experience in data center investments is a big plus
Strong academic background
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
