Role Description

The Corporate Finance Associate / Corporate Finance Senior Associate / Corporate Finance Director supports financing, acquisitions, disposals, and other strategic transactions. Responsibilities include analysing financial information, building valuation models, preparing transaction materials, coordinating due diligence, and evaluating deal structures.

The Associate focuses on analysis and execution support. The Senior Associate coordinates workstreams and reviews analytical outputs, while the Director leads transactions, develops client or executive relationships, manages negotiations, and oversees delivery quality and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and transaction structures.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis, Excel, and presentation preparation.
• Ability to research markets, assess business performance, and evaluate strategic fit.
• Experience preparing proposals, information memoranda, investment papers, or other transaction materials.
• Strong attention to detail, professional judgement, and discretion with confidential information.
• For associate positions, ability to support due diligence, maintain transaction records, and deliver accurate analysis.
• For senior associate positions, experience coordinating advisers, reviewing models, and managing execution deadlines.
• For director positions, proven experience leading transactions, managing teams, developing opportunities, and advising senior stakeholders; relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
