Scope of the role:

As Director, Global Activation Hub, you will lead the delivery, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of biddable media campaigns across multiple markets, serving as a regional hub for global, regional, and local clients.

You will oversee the planning, deployment, optimization, governance, and performance of campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, and emerging addressable channels. Acting as the regional lead, you will partner with clients, local market teams, platform partners, and addressable media specialists to ensure campaigns are executed consistently, efficiently, and to the highest standards across markets.

In addition to campaign leadership, you will own the development and optimization of the overall operating model, including workflows, processes, governance, automation, and scalable delivery frameworks. You will integrate onshore and distributed teams into a high-performing delivery ecosystem that supports service quality, productivity, scalability, and future growth.

The role requires you to:

  • Act as the primary regional contact for assigned global and regional clients, building strong relationships with agency leadership stakeholders and local market teams.
  • Translate client business objectives into scalable multi-market digital activation strategies, campaign frameworks, and delivery plans.
  • Lead the deployment and management of Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, and other addressable media campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Ensure campaign implementation adheres to regional standards while accommodating local market requirements, platform nuances, and relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain campaign playbooks, implementation frameworks, quality assurance protocols, governance processes, and launch-readiness requirements.
  • Oversee campaign launches, ongoing optimization, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery excellence across all supported markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance across markets and translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and client-facing narratives that improve business outcomes.
  • Encourage experimentation and a test-and-learn approach to identify new opportunities, improve performance, and modernize campaign delivery.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the operating model supporting multi-market digital campaign delivery.
  • Develop scalable workflows, service delivery models, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Partner with distributed delivery teams to establish clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
  • Optimize the use of hub resources through effective capacity planning, resource allocation, and workforce management.
  • Establish service-level agreements, quality assurance frameworks, operational KPIs, and performance reviews across the delivery ecosystem.
  • Identify and implement automation, AI-enabled solutions, workflow enhancements, and process improvements that increase productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between regional, local, and offshore teams, creating an integrated operating environment across locations and time zones.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global activation hub team, strengthening capabilities across digital activation, client leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Support regional and global business growth, including new business pitches, operating model design, transformation initiatives, and service expansion opportunities.

Required Skills or Attributes:

  • Min 8 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, campaign operations, or biddable media leadership roles, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Proven experience managing regional or global clients and delivering digital campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise across Search, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, and other addressable media channels.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, and related advertising technology platforms.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing operating models involving offshore, augmented, distributed, or hub-based delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated success in workflow optimization, process transformation, automation, service governance, and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of campaign implementation, trafficking, quality assurance, optimization, reporting, measurement, and platform best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders across markets and time zones.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate performance and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and geographically distributed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior clients and agency stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams and support career progression.
