This position reports into Sr. Dir. Strategy& Performance Mgmt NCHC and is based in Singapore.

What will you do

The Regional Director, FM Process is accountable for leading Facilities Management processes for the regional operations portfolio of sites, as well as supporting the regional plan in how Kenvue mitigates asset risks via integrity programs and site assessments.This individual has oversight for globally standardized and consistent FM Soft & Hard services delivery within a region, ensuring our CRE + manufacturing staff, and property services partner adhere to standards, processes and technology solutions.This role is responsible for alignment with the global CRE COE, Global Supplier Strategy, regional Tech-Ops teams, local site leadership roles, and outsourced vendor.A suitable candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, experience in facilities management, and experience with outsourced facilities organization across Supply Chain sites.Key Responsibilities. Lead regional processes activities for Facilities Management including Soft & Hard Services.. Lead regional IPM (integrated performance management) reviews, using standardized technology/KPI's such as: Maximo, Asset 360, vantage, etc.. Drive standardized and consistent Facilities Management services across regions to ensure global consistency. Deploy asset management policy, strategies, standards and roadmap, in line with company business objectives. Support regional and site-specific strategies for asset life cycle management. Provide input to the multi-year asset capital investment strategy and governance process. Support development and deploy asset management outsource model, as part of global FM Transformation. Develop regional RFP document suite for FM Hard Services.. Lead asset integrity programs in region. Ensure completion of all site assessments and closure of findings. Develop future integrity program inspection / assessment. Support the deployment of CMMS roadmap and the achievement of internal efficiencies through preventive maintenance optimization.. Accountable for relationships with outsourced vendors and site leadership teams for all regions and globally. Responsible for supplier issue resolution at the regional level. Responsible for alignment between global functions, site-agnostic regional roles, and outsourced vendors. Serve as the point of escalation for FM standards, programs and processes within designated region. Responsible for the development and integration of all FM standard, processes and procedures into an FM Operating Playbook. Attend and/or chair regional level governance forums & reporting. Oversee and ensure local site adherence to FM capability blueprint. Accountable for deployment of CRE strategies and programs across regions. Responsible for fiduciary oversight and performance management oversight of operating and capital budgets & reportingWhat we are looking for

Required Qualifications. Education:o Bachelor's degree is requiredo Focused degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline is preferredo MBA or master's degree, or equivalent, is preferred. Experience, Skills and Knowledge. 12-15 years of relative business experience in Facility Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, OR supplier management. Strong eye for business and relationship building skills. The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment. The ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations to facilities management. Strong project management skills, proven organization, coordination and action tracking skills. Familiarity within the facilities management, specialized in manufacturing environments including GxP areas.. Familiarity with CMMS systems (Maximo preferred). Experience building relationships with internal and external project partners and business partners. Experience with supplier / vendor management. Experience negotiating contracts. Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams. Knowledge of standard methodologies, policies, and procedures in Asset Management. Superior customer service skills across a variety of company levels
