Experts Ecosystem & Business Development Leader - APAC

Location: Asia-Pacific (Remote/Hybrid options available)

About the Role

Were seeking a dynamic leader to build and scale our experts ecosystem across the APAC region while driving strategic business development initiatives. This role combines relationship building, partnership development, and revenue generation to establish our market presence and thought leadership in key APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard experts, consultants, and advisors across APAC markets to build a robust network of certified professionals

Partnership Strategy: Develop strategic partnerships with training/consulting firms, integrators, and industry associations to expand market reach

Business Development: Generate Qualified leads and drive revenue, identifying opportunities and facilitating client engagements

Market Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies for priority APAC countries, adapting global offerings to local market needs and regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential strategic partners across the region

Requirements

8+ years of business development or partnership experience in APAC markets

Proven track record building professional networks and ecosystems in B2B environments

Adept in technologies and systems for enterprise data and AI to advise on strategic transformation and modernization

Experience advising startups in APAC markets

Experience selling to VCs and PE firms in APAC markets

Strong understanding of APAC business cultures and regulatory landscapes

Experience with consulting, technology, or professional services industries preferred

Excellent communication skills in English; additional APAC languages a plus

Willingness to travel across the region (30-40%)
