Manage and oversee international twin-decker vessel's shipping operations and cargo coordination across all Asian countries.

Lead commercial and charter party negotiations with shipowners, charterers and customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients, shipowners and charterers.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize current operations and expand commercial opportunities for new trade area.

Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff across all departments.

Report regularly to HQ in Japan and the local Board of Directors on performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Fluency in Japanese will be an added advantage
