We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Sales Director to lead and accelerate our business growth across key markets in Asia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships to support the company's regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners, and key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage team
- Drive market expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's regional footprint
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Strong network and experience in regional markets is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional clients
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with distributed teams or in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of local compliance and regulations in Southeast Asia.
- Cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
