We are seeking a Director of Corporate Development to drive strategic growth for a fast-growing technology company. This role will lead M&A, fundraising, and portfolio advisory initiatives, partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's future.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments from start to finish
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to plan and execute the company's growth strategy
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and exits
- Develop and manage group-level fundraising and capital planning strategies
- Engage with investors, banks, and strategic partners, and oversee investor readiness
- Manage investor, shareholder, and board relationships, providing clear updates on performance and strategy
- Advise portfolio companies on growth, strategy, and financial planning
- Support special situations such as turnarounds, restructurings, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Strong experience in corporate development, strategic finance, or investment roles
- Demonstrated success in M&A, fundraising, and strategic investment initiatives
- Strong skills in financial modeling, deal structuring, and communicating with investors
