The Director of Centralized Enablement Team & Global Delivery Centre (APAC) will lead the strategy, setup, and execution of a centralized delivery and enablement function supporting regional and global operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, scalability, and efficiency across multiple business functions within the APAC region, while aligning closely with global stakeholders.
The role will oversee delivery center operations, build high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution of processes, programs, and service delivery across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Centralized Enablement Team and manage COS, PPO and Reporting & Analytics functions across APAC
- Lead the Global Delivery Center assisting AMER & EMEA CWO programs and manage COS team
- Collaborate with Sales team to grow PPO business in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia and build and develop the relationships with customers, especially for PPO customers in Singapore and Malaysia
- Define and execute the operating model for centralized services, ensuring alignment with global strategy
- Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization across business functions
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing, multi-country teams within the delivery center
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics for operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalability
- Oversee transition and migration of processes into the centralized delivery model
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Lead change management initiatives to support transformation and adoption of centralized services
- Lead bottom up budget and forecast planning and monitor/manage CET&GDC P&L
Key Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in shared services, global delivery centers, or centralized operations
- 7+ years of Payroll Processing Outsourcing experiences across Australia, Malaysia and Singapore
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or global teams across APAC
- Strong background in operational transformation, process improvement, or business enablement
- Experience in HR operations, finance operations, or business services (preferred depending on scope)
- Strong stakeholder management experience across senior leadership and global teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale delivery center operations
- Experience working in a matrix, multinational organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience with automation, digital transformation, or ERP systems is a plus
- Korean speaking proficiency is a plus
