Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure and VDI solutions to lead new business acquisition and strategic sales efforts in Singapore and the wider APAC market. The successful candidate will drive $1M+ annual VDI technology sales quotas, manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop high-value relationships with enterprise clients and leading technology partners (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, AWS, Google, Accops).

This role demands a 90% focus on new sales and 10% account management, requiring a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present tailored solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise sales for VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware, Accops, Windows Virtual Desktop).
  • Meet and exceed $1M annual sales quota in IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and OEM partners across APAC.
  • Create, manage, and close sales opportunities using a structured sales methodology and CRM systems.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and solution pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, multi-cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to regional sales leadership strategy and align with Head of Sales APAC.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT infrastructure/technology services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Citrix, VMware, Accops, or Windows Virtual Desktop solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving $1M+ annual sales quotas in VDI technologies.
  • Strong sales experience in large enterprise accounts across Singapore/APAC.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established network of enterprise clients and technology partners (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Accops, Google).
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation and cloud migration sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise sales cycles with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, VMware, Citrix) a strong plus.
  • Experience in leadership roles within global technology product companies or channel partners.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Marketing) preferred.
