Director, Built Asset Operation

We are partnering with our client, a leading global consultancy, to seek a seasoned leader to spearhead their high-rise and commercial buildings portfolio.

Basic Salary: Up to $18,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Property & Buildings sector business, including strategy, operations, financial performance, and project delivery.
• Develop business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities to drive sustainable expansion.
• Oversee sector P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects with a focus on quality, safety, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Lead business development activities, major bids, and opportunity management.
• Manage resource planning, workforce utilisation, and organisational capability across multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, statutory regulations, SHEQ policies, and risk management requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or relevant professional registration.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering/construction industry experience.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience in project delivery, financial management, business operations, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Familiar with multidisciplinary project environments and regulatory requirements in the built environment sector.
