Digital Transformation & AI Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support digitalization projects to improve business processes
• Assist in implementing and managing software solutions
• Develop and deploy basic AI/automation solutions (e.g. LLM tools, APIs)
• Provide user training and system support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge or interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Exposure to AI/ML, cloud platforms, or automation tools
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Google AI) are a plus
