Overview

We are looking for an AI Operations Lead to drive AI adoption across our company.

Your job is to identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and deploy AI systems that improve how the company operates - across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

You will lead our internal AI and automation efforts and build systems that directly impact productivity and revenue.

What You Will Do

1. Build AI Systems Across the Company

• Identify repetitive and manual workflows across teams

• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate these workflows

• Integrate tools like LLMs, APIs, CRMs, and internal systems

2. Drive Workflow Automation

• Build end-to-end automation pipelines (e.g. lead generation follow-ups CRM updates)

• Deploy AI agents and copilots for internal teams

• Continuously improve processes for speed, cost, and output quality

3. Lead Internal AI Adoption

• Set standards for how AI is used across the company

• Train and guide teams on using AI tools effectively

• Ensure AI becomes part of daily workflows, not a side tool

4. Own Outcomes

• Track impact of AI systems (time saved, cost reduction, revenue impact)

• Continuously optimize systems based on performance

• Ensure reliability and scalability of all deployed solutions

5. Build and Lead the Tech Function

• Hire and manage a lean internal AI / automation team

• Work closely with leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience building automation systems or AI-driven workflows

• Strong ability to break down messy processes into structured systems

• Hands-on experience with:

• LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)

• Automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, APIs)

• Basic coding (Python or JavaScript preferred)

• Strong problem-solving ability (first-principles thinking)

• Ability to operate independently and drive execution
