Job Description

Brief Summary

Join an exciting initiative to transform Retail Systems with a focus on enhancing POS solutions and integrating mobile applications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to lead project coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

Manage Retail Systems projects, including POS upgrades, Fleet Card solutions, and mobile application enhancements. Analyze business and user requirements to create clear system specifications. Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and facilitate communication among internal teams and external vendors. Track project progress, prepare status updates, and maintain thorough documentation. Conduct system and application testing follow up with vendors on defects or outstanding issues. Assess, troubleshoot, and escalate system, functional, reporting, and API issues as needed. Assist in user access reviews, security assessments, software patches, and system updates. Support system go-live processes, including rollout and onsite assistance. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science. Fundamental knowledge of data analysis for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting. Solid understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies for web and mobile applications. Desirable experience with point-of-sale (POS) or payment-related technologies. Proficient in IT and network troubleshooting skills. Experience in project management is an advantage. Availability to work beyond standard office hours to support retail station POS systems.
