Are you a digital project leader with a passion for Parisian luxury beauty, WeChat innovation, and best-in-class Travel Retail experiences SHIFT is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager for a six-month mission with a Luxury Beauty French client based in Singapore. In this role, you will steer, optimize, and operate the WeChat Mini Program and China-market digital ecosystem for Travel Retailcrafting elevated content journeys, seamless on-site experiences, and performance-driven e-commerce activations. You'll partner closely with regional digital and commercial teams to turn brand storytelling into measurable growth, ensuring excellence in delivery, data, and documentation for one of the world's most iconic beauty Maisons.

Your Role

Lead the delivery and optimization of the WeChat Mini Program and the China-market digital ecosystem for Travel Retail at a major European beauty leader, orchestrating content, on-site experiences, and e-commerce activations with flawless execution and rigorous information management.

Scope
  • WeChat Mini Program Project Management: Backlog, roadmap, development, QA/UAT, go-live, and iterations. Coordinate agencies/internal teams; ensure compliance with China digital and brand standards.
  • WeChat Content: Editorial calendar, campaign pages, CRM journeys, localization, and optimization for engagement and conversion.
  • E-commerce & E-retailers: Product set-up, PDP/localization, landing pages, promo mechanics, tracking, and performance follow-up with partners.
  • Information Management: Assets, product/offer data, tracking specs, and status docsaccuracy, versioning, and continuous updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals into digital requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Run sprint/kanban rituals with agencies/vendors; manage timelines, budget, and risks.
  • Lead QA/UAT and post-release monitoring; triage bugs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with CRM/Media on audience targeting and tracking (pixels, events, taxonomy).
  • Ensure PDP excellence and campaign delivery with Travel Retail and e-retail teams.
  • Own documentation (briefs, wireframes, trackers, asset matrices, measurement plans, post-mortems).
  • Report performance and recommend tests (A/B) and backlog priorities.

Profile
  • 5+ years in digital project management (brand, agency, or platform), ideally beauty/luxury/retail.
  • Proven WeChat experience (Mini Program builds/iterations and content operations).
  • Strong e-commerce fundamentals (PDPs, taxonomy, promos, tracking/feeds).
  • High attention to detail, QA mindset, documentation discipline.
  • Comfortable orchestrating multiple teams and vendors; analytical, test-and-learn approach.
  • Fluent English; & Mandarin
