• Manage the Company's Webshop.
• Oversee the Customer Interface on EDI.
• Serve as a SAP Key User.
• Serve as a BW (Business Warehouse) Key User.
• Act as a Co-Owner of the pricing tool.
• Innovate and improve order processing tools and processes.

Automation

• Lead Process Automation for Spares and Tooling towards a Handsfree Process Chain.
• Analyze processes to drive automation and ensure business scalability.

Business Support Project Management

• Provide necessary SAP infrastructure for global order processing.
• Improve global order process business flows.
• Manage projects related to order processing tools.
• Ensure global process compliance.
• Ensure the correctness of reported data.
• Provide global training for tools.
• Create global documentation for tools.
• Provide monthly reporting on relevant metrics.
• Develop and propose improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main contact for external project management vendors.
• Provide KPI Reports to support sales needs.
• Meet or exceed annual performance goals.

Requirement:

• Experience in project management
• Experience in process and business re-engineering
• SAP usageand programming, BW usage and programming
