i. Provide videography and photography assistance for the organisation (e.g. social media, pre-production, production and post-production). May be required to take photographs and videos within correctional facilities, in restricted or secured areas.
ii. Assist in the set up and disassembly of media equipment for outdoor shoots independently.
iii. Follow up on the production and post-production after covering events (Internal and External).
iv. Stock taking and assisting in inventory audits of digital media equipment.
v. Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of all digital media equipment currently in inventory.
vi. Ensure loan equipment being loaned for Digital Media representatives are in working condition.
vii. Ensure forms are properly filled up for equipment that are loaned and returned.
viii. Organise photos and videos, as well as heritage materials, in the media sever.
ix. Ensure digital media workstations are in working conditions and cleared after use.
x. Support the digital media needs and requirements of the organisation, including administrative tasks (such as locating photographs and videos) and management of digital files and equipment inventory.
xi. Photography duties will include prolonged periods of standing and walking in the correctional facilities.
i. Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
ii. Personnel with at least 10 years of working experience will be preferred as the accumulated experience would help the personnel better take and organise photographs and videos that are of heritage value to the organisation
iii. Minimum academic qualification of at least 5 O-Level subject passes (including English)
iv. Minimum two (2) years of experience in photography, video production and editing
v. Have good interpersonal and communications skills.
vi. Proficient in multimedia software applications - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Lightroom).
vii. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook applications.
- 8.30am to 6.00pm, excluding weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.
