In this hybrid sales and consulting role, you will be the bridge between our agency and our clients. Your primary focus will be to drive business growth by selling our digital marketing services while acting as a trusted advisor. You will educate prospective clients on our unique methodologies, helping them understand how our tailored strategies can scale their businesses.
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and close B2B digital marketing contracts with businesses in Singapore across various industries.
Client Education & Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert. Educate prospects on Best Marketing Singapore's proprietary methodologies, explaining complex digital strategies (such as SEO, SEM, and Social Media) in a clear, compelling way.
Strategic Pitching: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points, business goals, and current marketing efforts. Present customized digital marketing proposals that align with their objectives.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain an accurate and updated CRM.
Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate closely with our internal digital marketing execution teams to ensure a smooth handover and alignment on client deliverables once a contract is signed.
Industry Expertise: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to consistently provide value to prospects.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the digital marketing industry. We welcome candidates from both hands-on execution roles (e.g., performance marketer, SEO specialist looking to transition into strategy/sales) and direct digital marketing B2B sales roles.
Industry Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to business owners and C-level executives, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, a consultative selling approach, and a target-driven mindset.
