ABOUT PARAMOUNT TRADERS (S) PRIVATE LIMITED

Paramount Traders is a Singapore-based textile specialist established in 1967. For nearly six decades, we have built expertise in textile manufacturing, sourcing, and supply across Asia. We operate two retail storefronts selling premium fabrics to design professionals, tailors, and discerning consumers.

We are a 3-generational family business with deep operational knowledge of hospitality supply chains and hotel procurement. In recent years, we have expanded formally into hotel uniform and hospitality textile supply across Southeast Asia, winning contracts with tier-1 operators.

We are now moving into a new chapter: building a digital presence to drive footfall and revenue through our retail storefronts and to position our fabric collections to a broader market online.

THE ROLE

You will own the design and execution of a complete digital marketing strategy for our retail business. You will report directly to the Director and will have real commercial responsibility.

Your deliverables:

. Develop a 3-6 month digital marketing strategy addressing social media presence, search engine visibility, Google My Business optimization, email marketing, and analytics

. Execute the strategy end-to-end: create content, manage social media, run campaigns, test and optimize

. Measure and report results monthly and provide recommendations for future scaling

You will have access to company information, customer contacts, and retail operations data needed to succeed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must have: Must have:

. Currently enrolled at JC/polytechnic/university or recently graduated

. Working knowledge of at least one social media platform

. Basic comfort with digital tools (Google Analytics, Canva, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)

. Written English that is clear and direct

. Proactive mindset: you generate ideas and propose solutions, not wait for instructions

Nice to have:

. Experience with Instagram/TikTok content creation or e-commerce

. Basic design skills (Canva-level or better)

. Exposure to retail, fashion, or design

. Previous internship or project-based marketing work

You must be comfortable being measured on results.
