Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end event management for the Asia concert tour, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate venue booking, contract negotiations, and vendor management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize ticket sales and audience engagement
- Manage social media promotion and digital campaigns targeting relevant audiences
- Conduct KOL/influencer outreach to boost event visibility and reach
- Monitor ticket sales performance and adjust marketing tactics as needed
- Liaise with artists, partners, and local teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for future tours
- Travel within Asia as required for on-site event support
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in concert or live event management, preferably in the Asia region
- Strong background in event marketing, ticket sales, and digital promotion
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices
