Urgently hiring Product Executive / Digital Marketing specialist
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for Healthcare / FMCG client
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support new product launches, packaging development, and branding initiatives.
- Manage and execute digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives.
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in the development and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales tools, and digital assets.
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and aligned with approved plans.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics, or B2B environments.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms, content strategy, and email campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media insights).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
