Role and responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, social media, native ads 0and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Develop strategic communications plans for engagement, promotional dissemination to relevant target audience of brand and marketing content, including planning, implementation and tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) for clients and internal consumption.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Web/PM, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Work together with the Sales team to ensure the leads are followed up correctly and join in the pitching of digital marketing campaigns to clients.
  • Provide internal cross training to the team from time to time.
  • Identify relevant courses for the team to attend for skills enhancement.
  • Lead the department and support each team member to meet his/her individual's KPIs.
  • Manage team of marketeers and client servicing executives for various products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 3 - 4 years experience in digital marketing industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with organic search tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, SE Ranking, and other SEO platforms are highly desirable.
  • Strong in SEO / SEM + SMA is a must.
  • Experience with CRM systems and HubSpot will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Inquisitive, self-starter, ability to self-manage and to work independently with little supervision while meeting expectations - and able to collaborate well within a team.
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization algorithms, best practices, or having a good understanding of the basics.
  • Able to create relevant, engaging, and effective content and/or editing for websites, services, and programs pages, meta page descriptions, blog articles, etc.
  • Google Analytics certified individuals, WordPress & Shopify familiarity (or other content management systems e.g., WIX, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Umbraco, Joomla), and basic knowledge of HTML, J-SON LD, or CSS are preferred.
