Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven digital marketing initiatives across the APAC region. The role focuses on generating leads, supporting business growth, and driving measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing activities with a focus on lead acquisition and business generation.

  • Strategise, design, and oversee digital marketing campaigns in line with local business needs, leveraging digital analytics and CRM databases.

  • Manage marketing automation programs and digital channels, including Search, Display, eDM, Social, and Affiliate.

  • Support development and optimization of website content strategies to enhance content marketing outcomes.

  • Manage and coordinate agency partners to ensure ROI from digital campaigns.

  • Collaborate with global and local teams to implement innovative digital marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Establish, monitor, and analyze conversions, trends, benchmarks, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.

  • Conduct research on industry benchmarks and best practices in digital marketing for APAC markets.

  • Perform ad hoc marketing and business support tasks as required.
