Introduction

HashiCorp, an IBM company, is seeking a highly organised and execution-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the planning, scheduling, and delivery of APJ webinars, virtual workshops, and digital campaigns. This role is critical to scaling regional demand programs, ensuring flawless execution across markets, and translating global and regional strategies into measurable pipeline and engagement outcomes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, brings strong operational discipline, and has hands-on experience running B2B digital programs across multiple APJ markets.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of APJ webinars and virtual workshops, including scheduling, speaker coordination, live delivery & hosting, and post-event follow-up.
  • Own the APJ webinar and virtual events calendar, balancing global, regional, and local priorities.
  • Execute APJ digital campaigns across email, webinars, landing pages, and nurture programs.
  • Localise global campaigns for APJ audiences in partnership with regional and country teams.
  • Manage campaign setup, lead flow, and reporting in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Track and optimise performance across registrations, engagement, leads, and pipeline impact.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience running webinars and virtual events across multiple markets.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to data analysis tools and techniques to inform marketing initiatives and drive client engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Experience working with marketing automation platforms to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to specific industries, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities, to assess how offerings fit specific markets and client needs.
