Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Red Note, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Branding
Develop creative visuals, copywriting, and campaigns that reflect Ovationsg's brand identity.
Collaborate with the events team to showcase floral styling and event projects.
Digital Campaigns
Execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Track ROI and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
Website & SEO
Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy and freshness.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards to measure campaign success.
Prepare monthly reports highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising.
Creative flair with good design sense (Canva/Photoshop skills a plus).
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
