Master Digital is a fast-growing website design & digital marketing agency that has built over 500+ websites across Singapore. We specialise in helping service-based businesses grow through high-converting websites, SEO, Google Ads and social media marketing.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join us full-time at our office.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our website design packages and digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads Management, etc.) to SMEs in Singapore.
You will handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, conduct online/office consultations, and close deals. Basic marketing knowledge is required, but training and scripts will be provided.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, has basic digital marketing understanding, and wants to grow a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Handle inbound leads from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct discovery calls and online consultations with prospects
- Present website packages and marketing services confidently
- Prepare proposals and follow-up messages to close deals
- Hit monthly revenue targets
Marketing Support
- Understand basics of websites, SEO, Facebook ads, Google Business Profile
- Advise clients on the best digital marketing solutions for their industry
- Share client feedback with the marketing team to improve campaigns
CRM & Admin
- Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Attend meetings and sales training sessions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with business owners
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (websites, SEO, ads)
- Sales-driven mindset - enjoys closing deals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work on-site (Woodlands)
- Fresh grads welcome (training provided)
Salary & Compensation
- Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
- Commissions: 5% - 10% per closed project
- Average OTE: $3,500 - $6,000/month (for consistent closers)
