Job Description

Job Responsible

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities for the academy.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners for event logistics, giveaways, and sponsorships.
  • Manage on-site event setup, registration, and customer engagement.
  • Track and report event performance, attendance, and ROI.
  • Develop and distribute printed marketing collateral (flyers, posters, brochures).
  • Coordinate with local media, newspapers, and outdoor advertising channels.
  • Assist in branding efforts to maintain academy's image in the local market.
  • Plan and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads platforms.
  • Create content (images, short videos, reels)
  • Monitor and report digital campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain website content, EDMs, and online promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for content creation and online promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, academy instructors) for marketing initiatives.
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed cost-effectively.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as and when required.


Job Requirement

  • O-Level or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing or social media.
  • Proficient in video editing and content creation.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and Meta Ads.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
