Job Summary
You will develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage social media and website content, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and SEO/SEM to drive measurable engagement and conversions
- Manage company social media accounts and website by creating and publishing engaging visual and written content that aligns with brand strategy
- Identify, engage, and manage collaborations with KOLs and influencers to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to extract market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights for continuous improvement
- Propose new digital marketing strategies based on current trends and data analysis to maintain competitive advantage
- Support brand-building and promotional activities through coordinated online and offline initiatives to strengthen market presence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online marketing and social media trends to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and effective
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer engagement (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome)
- Proficient knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Wordpress, Wix, or similar platforms
- Skilled in design and content creation tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent for producing visual and video content
- Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills demonstrated through campaign development and execution
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Other Information
- Location: East, easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
