Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Management

. Manage and execute social media scheduling and postings across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business platforms
. Coordinate with creative agencies and freelancers for content planning, production timelines, and campaign execution
. Manage KOLs, influencers, and content creators for UGC collaborations, product reviews, and campaign activations
. Create in-house content including reels, short videos, event highlights, showroom walkthroughs, staff features, and occasional livestream sessions
. Support social media engagement, community interactions, and brand storytelling aligned with client's wellness positioning
. Monitor social media trends and propose fresh content ideas to improve reach and engagement

Promotions, Partnerships & Event Management

. Liaise with shopping malls, corporate partners, vendors, and external stakeholders for promotional campaigns, roadshows, and joint marketing activities
. Source and develop collaborations with complementary lifestyle and home brands
. Support and manage events from planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event coverage
. Coordinate event logistics including promotional materials, merchandise, premiums, gift sourcing, and vendor management
. Assist in ad-hoc showroom activations, roadshows, festive campaigns, and customer engagement activities
. Ensure smooth execution of marketing timelines and deliverables across all campaigns

Visual Content & Brand Communication

. Design and adapt monthly promotional visuals, digital banners, event communication materials, and simple marketing collaterals
. Handle photography and videography for showroom activities, product launches, events, and social content
. Maintain and organise the company's photo and visual asset library
. Update website content including new products, promotions, banners, and campaign pages
. Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and event touchpoints

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in lifestyle, wellness, retail, or consumer-related industries
. Experience in social media management and content creation is required
. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing trends
. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) will be an advantage
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and event environment
. Positive, friendly, proactive, and responsible attitude
. Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
. Able to work independently while being a strong team player
. Photography, videography, or livestream experience is a plus
