- To plan, develop, implement and monitor digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives to drive online sales and brand performance.
- Plan, execute and management digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising
- Content ideation, editing and proofreading to ensure consistency of brand messaging and execution across all omnichannel touchpoints
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
